You Need To Begin An Epic Fight Against Your Comfort Zone

We’ve been raised to avoid taking risks, to look always for a comfort zone and live inside a bubble of safety, which lead us to deep comformism, domination by our fears and giving up our dreams and goals at the first setback or failure looking for our comfort zones again and tasting the bitterness of unfulfillment and negative self talk.
Have you ever felt dominated by your fears and your limitation mindset?
We’ve all experienced that, I guess!
So when I feel unmotivated or reluctant to act on my goals and aspirations I try to journal about that in order to give myself a fresh restart and a dose of resilience. Based on a tip from Brendon BURCHARD’s book «High Performance Habits» the well-renowned coach talks about motivating yourself using the second person, so you hold yourself accountable for the work you MUST do, or the mindset shift you should adopt so that you take massive action without any dread of failure or risk.
I am going to share with you a chunk of my journaling sessions about that:
. « What you need to do (Jawad), but what’s a must-do is to believe wholeheartedly in yourself and your abilities. You must believe that you have a valuable gift to give to the world, people around you and all the human kind. You must forget about all the hurdles and obstacles holding you back from going further and pursuing your journey to success and fullfilment.
You can be rich, you can be wealthy, successful, good father, entrepreneur and a good person helping and sharing with others and whatever you aspire to.
Please (Jawad), get rid of your negative thoughts. God WHO created the universe could easily give you a small part of that huge universe. God created you to be happy and fullfiled, He dosn’t want you to suffer at all, He just wants you to believe, to work and to be grateful for whatever He gives you.
So, smile, think and dream big, know that everything is «figuroutable» (the precious lesson from Marie FORLEO), seek motivation and advice and be bold and badass.
You will certainly achieve your goals and reach success.»
By doing that I try to remind myself that the best is outside of my comfort zone, that fear is the product of my imagination and excuses I keep looping into my mind, mentalblocks I keep building to hold me back from going further, and above all I try to remember Henry FORD’s famous quote:’’Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, YOU ARE RIGHT’’.

Want To Be Successful? You Got Only One Option

When it comes to achieving our goals and making our dreams come true, we can either make some attempts and wish to succeed without encountring any failure or setback or we can strive hardly untill the dreams are reality. And this is boldness in other words.              There's no shortcut to success. You can spend your life wishing to succeed one day or you can spend your life getting closer to your dreams every day enjoying the epic journey to success.              Recently, I watched a motivational speech video performed by John ASSARAF, one of the heros of "The Secret" movie talking about the difference between being intersted in achieving your goals and being committed to achieving them. And I assure you the takeaways from that video are worthwhile.             John Assaraf explains that being interested is simply doing wha...

The Winner's Roar

I MUST commit again to do all the things I've set my mind to in order to seek greatness an growth.        Sometimes I feel defeated by procrastination and inaction and feel close to give up on my dreams and aims, but I MUST recharge and bounce back.        It's important to commit to do whatever it takes to achieve success and to come up on the surface after every setback or distraction.       All what I need is to DO, to be a DOER instead of a DREAMER. I MUST set the habit of doing, experiencing, putting pen to paper and never dread making mistakes at all, because I never LOSE, either I WIN or I LEARN.

Clarity Is Crucial To Your Development. How Journaling Can Help You Be Cristal Clear?

Photo credit goes to Stocksnap  JOURNALING is different than  DIARIES where you record your day-to-day life and document some signifiagant events, stories or funny anecdotes. Writing in your diary has its benefits. It can allow you to track your mood state, to record your successes and  failures and what you got out of them and also to talk about yourself and what you like and dislike. But  JOURNALING  means the practice that enables you to be clear about what you stand for in your life, your principles, visions and your plans to thrive and grow yourself whether personally, financially, socially or spiritually.
